Hi, I’m Patrick Elliott. I am an educator with over 10 years of experience working in schools. I am now an Inclusion Lead in the UAE. I’m also the creator of Word Made Easy. It is a site built to help everyday users master Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Our goal is to do this without the stress.
How It All Started
During the pandemic, I noticed how many teachers, students, and professionals needed to use Word and PowerPoint. They used these tools more than ever. They used these tools for remote teaching, learning, and work. But many didn’t feel confident using these tools.
So, I started creating step-by-step video tutorials to support people through the transition. What began as a small side project quickly grew into something much bigger.
Why Word Made Easy Exists
I’ve always had a passion for teaching. I also have a love for technology. This site is where those two worlds meet.
My goal is to make Microsoft Office tools feel simple and accessible, whether you’re:
