How to Add a Title to Staff Paper in Word

Every staff is built from a Word table, so it stays exactly in place. Click after Title at the top of the page and type the title of your piece, or go to Insert > Text Box to place a composer name or tempo marking anywhere on the sheet.

Staff lines need to be crisp to read notes, so print at full quality on white paper. Check that all five lines of each stave printed before you hand them out.
