What Is a Vision Board?

A vision board is a page of pictures and words that show what you want your year to look like: your health, family, work, learning, money and fun. It keeps your goals in front of you. The goal setting worksheets then turn each wish into a clear goal with steps and a deadline.

How to Make a Vision Board in Word

1. Choose one word that sums up the year you want, and type it in the middle box.
2. Click a box and use Insert > Pictures to add photos, or print the page and stick on magazine pictures.
3. Pick your most important area and write it up as a SMART goal on the goal setting worksheet.
4. Put the vision board where you see it every day, and check your goals once a month.

Start with the year reflection: looking back first makes it much easier to choose goals that matter to you.
